Test environment

• Since the issue isn't reproducable for anyone within the team, a /stable v0.23 based test build was prepared using https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/android/-/commits/v1-q-4909 and shared with the affected user.
• QA (@geekyneo) and me myself have confirmed no regressions with contacts sync and call history with the new build.
• Affected user has confirmed the crash no longer happens.
