733: Fix regression display old name Privacy Central

Advanced privacy widget is renamed to PRIVACYCENTRAL

Technical details
With suppression of by-sdk version flavors in previous MR !95 (merged) , we reactivated the "e" flavor, wich had the value Privacy Central as app name.
