2-Simplify sources modules tree

Related to #2 .

This merge request embed fixes of standalone build, already reviewed in !78 (closed) , and also resolve the #2 issue.

It embed the privacy modules except https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/privacymodulee, which requires specific compilation settings, and https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/privacymoduletor , which depends on the forked version of orbot.
