Advanced Privacy standalone

This MR fix build for standalone version of advanced privacy and implement fake location.

I propose to merge this request on a temporary branch for the standalone epic, as the whole behavior is not finalized yet, and will requires manies changes. It will allow to review not too big MR, but avoid breaking the main branch for the /e/ version too many times.
