fix:3732: Fix tracker notification title when no tracker yet.
Description
The wording of the Advanced Privacy notification does not seem to be ok.
It mentions "Tracker detected recently" without any recent tracker.
Expected behavior is :
"Advanced Privacy is running" when there is no tracker detection and move to "Tracker recently detected" when there is a blocked or not leak
Test
- Restart Advanced Privacy
- Notification should display "Advanced Privacy is running"
- Go to cnn.com webpage
- Notification should display "Tracker recently detected", "Blocked Browser leak to Warner Media on ...."
