feat:3141: Compute reporte each end of week at 11:00

Description

After its creation, the weekly report stays in the app until the end of the day (23:59:59). After this the whole section related to the weekly report disappears and the rest of the screen comes up so it looks like it looked prior to this addition to Advanced Privacy.

The debug card is displayed in the App Trackers screen, below the tracker explication, above the graphs
