feat:5629: Use link field of trackers for trakcer information page, update trackers list.

Description

Some trackers are missing and the current list tend to be outdated. According to the study https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/backlog/-/issues/2167 , we add some trackers info from WhoTracksMe and Stevenblack lists.

WhoTracksMe gives detailled information on trackers on dedicated webpages. We can now open tracker dedicated page of whottracksme from the app.

This MR relates to this one, which upgrade the trackers list, and change the format of the link to the dedicated webpages of the trackers.
