fix:1829: nested scrolling issue on trackers screen

Description

Manage trackers trackers and Apps list scroll doesn't behave correctly. Previous fix wasn't effetive.

This new attemp give good result on FP3 with lastest /e/OS T commits, hope it will be the same in QA.
