Draft: 1926: POC whitelist app from fake location with content provider

Description

PoC of FakeLocation with fakelisting capabilities.

For this PoC FakeLocations are hardcodded for a set of apps :

  • Google Map (to test with MicroG)
  • /e/ maps app
  • the fakelocationdemo app
  • AdvancedPrivacy (for the fakelocation screen)
  • And the MyLocation app.

The FakeLocation gain also a few new test feature, mainly to validate FakeLocationResolver before putting it in the "not so easy to comile" framework base.
