0 chore upgrade lib and ci

Description

chore tasks :

• update to Android Gradle Plugin 8.2.0 ; update dependencies
• remove some script about dependencies which wasn't used.
• update CI scripts, to check build is valid (before the build release process !!)

Only NavToolBarFragment and DashBoardFragment have some manual changes. Other changes are deletions or the result of gradle migrations.
