7084: update trackers list, no MS sso anymore.
Description
Microsoft SSO domain is detected as a tracker by Exodus and blocked by Advanced Privacy which causes issues. After an analysis, we've decided to stop consider it as a tracker.
Technical details
This MR just update the default trackers list value. True whitelisting is done in the trackers list update script here tracker-list!10 (merged)
