update for stripped body

Description

Strip accent was doesn't seem to be working, we resolve issue in this.

Test environment

Steps to reproduce

• Launch the Message app
• Tap on triple horizontal lines on the top left corner
• Tap on Settings
• Scroll down and enable Strip accents
• Send a text message containing accents
