Run user callbacks after `onCreate`

Fix Dott once again.

Technical details

User callbacks are now additionally called after onCreate, if they had not been called before.

We now have a list of user callbacks to keep track of them better.

Tests

  1. Open Dott
  2. Map should load
  3. Open Menu, press Help
  4. Leave Help
  5. Map should load
