Update TwoButtonNavbarTouchController logs

- Fix wrong bug number
- Log when we intercept and reinit to a state rather than in
  getTargetState() which is used to determine possible swipe
  directions too (which makes the logs confusing)

Test: run TaplTestsQuickstep#testOverviewActions
