Fix TaplTestsQuickstep.testPressback failure 

In the predictive back to home case, no WALLPAPER_OPEN_ANIMATION_FINISHED_MESSAGE event was sent to AccessibilityManagerCompat, which caused TaplTestsQuickstep.testPressback to fail.
