Fix Icon Disappear Bug

Description

This MR is intended to fix a bug which makes the icon invisible when drag-n-drop is done by user.

How has this been tested?

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the /e/ test build by updating a previous version
2. From the launcher, try to move icons

What is the existing behavior?

1. Sometimes, the icon we try to move disappears
2. The icon is still visible when we try to edit the app grid

What is the fixed correct behavior?

1. The app icon is not getting disappeared anymore.
