WIP: Refactor clean

Description

This MR is intended to improve the overall structure of BlissLauncher, fix most of the issues from v1, support of new gestures and increased testability & readability. Kindly refer to the two UML diagrams attached for a clear understanding of source code. A few more diagrams will be produced as I move on to the UI States.
