cleanup: remove unused :data, :domain modules and format all java files

Description

We are not using any of the code inside :data or :domain modules, we can remove that to reduce potential build times. (can always restore those modules if required in future)

Also, added formatting options for all *.java files and applied through spotless (that commit can be skipped).
