2045-Add_upstream_version_name_on_libName

Description

Current lib version Name is missing the upstream version. The new format of the version name is:

<versionMajor>.<versionMinor>.<versionPatch>-u<upstreamVersionName>-<releasePatch>

example: 1.0.8-u0.6.1-release
