1116-Disable_sync_for_readonly_tasks
Description
We don't want to show the readOnly task collection in the /e/OS Tasks app.

Tests
- Set readOnly task collection for murena account. (For ex:
Deck:Personal) - Sync account: /e/OS Settings -> Account -> -> account sync -> 3 dots menu -> sync now
- In /e/OS Account Manager, you can see the task collection is added in the
calendartab of the account details page. - Open the /e/OS Tasks app, check the readOnly collection is not listed.
- Try to create new task, check for the collection drop-down, readOnly task collection is not listed.
