3528 add 2 fa dialog on login page
Description
Add an info button & short description related to the 2FA app password setup. Navigate the user to more details if s/he wants. Also, update the login page's general description.

Technical details
Show create a new activity to just load the URL inside the app. Didn't use ACTION_VIEW because, we don't want the user to leave /e/OS Account Manager (& load /e/OS Browser) as this login activity is also visible in /e/OS Setup Wizard
