Draft: Set 5 minutes period for Google Accounts DAV syncs

Summary

Set a 5 minutes (instead of 2 minutes) period for Google Accounts DAV syncs.

Description

We keep facing errors with Google Accounts mail, calendar, contacts and tasks. This commit helps being less agressive on Google servers which could potentially limit the sync requests.
