feat: enable event color syncing by default.

Description

The option "Event color support" is activated by default in /e/OS Account Manager so users can change the color of an event and it's synced with the web calendar.

This option can be found here: Settings > Accounts > username@murena.io > My Account > Settings > username@murena.io > cogwheel > bottom of the page

This option should be updated even for existing users.
