1897-Enable_session_cookie_sharing_for_murena_account
Description
This MR refactor the SSO owncloundClient setup implementation, so /e/OS Notes app can make requests with session-cookie to murena accounts. This also implement Persist cookieJar, which is attached to httpClient class; so other DAV requests (ex: made by /e/OS Calendar, /e/OS Contacts, /e/OS Tasks) for murena-accounts also re-use same session-cookie. So multiple instance of httpClient will share same cookie set.
