6287 feature openid support for murena account

Description

Add openID account authentication support for murena accounts.

(P.S: as https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/6287 is blocked by https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/infra/backlog/-/issues/2055, this feature is disabled for now. When the blocker is resolved, we need to enable this).

Technical details

The openID login flow for murena accounts is disabled inside EeloAuthenticatorModel with a flag. We should reverse the flag when the blockers are resolved.
