Refactor sequence handling in calendar sync (#1789) 

* Refactor sequence handling in calendar sync

- Move sequence update logic to SequenceUpdater
- Update LocalCalendar to use new SequenceUpdater
- Remove redundant methods from LocalCalendar
- Update tests and dependencies

* Minor KDoc
