Sync adapter: improve HttpClient and cancellation (#100) 

* Sync adapter: share single HttpClient between all SyncManagers (should fix bitfireAT/davx5#99)
* HttpClient: use producer for CertManager
* Call setAccountVisibility only when necessary
* Fix tests
