Fix syncAdapter taking time to complete issue

- change worker status check inside SyncAdapter logic. liveData is not always observing when work is finished. Move to thread sleep flow, as it works as expected.

- Change murena.io dav url
- Fix Notes app is failing to login because of wrong SSO pref key
