fix footer to show exact searx version

This will add a new parameter in settings to show actual searx version on which spot is based on. It is not possible to get this version dynamically so it needs to updated everytime we pull latest changes from new release. But this can be automated with sync-changes from searx task

This will differentiate spot from searx
