[mod] simple theme: leaflet becomes a packages.json dependency

the build of the themes updates:
* js/leaflet.js ( was leaflet/leaflet.js )
* css/leaflet.css ( was leaflet/leaflet.css )
* css/images ( was leaflet/images )
