Mail quota usage patch

Akhil requested to merge mail-quota-usage-patch into nc-22
  • Added mail quota usage to OC_Helper::getStorageInfo
  • This function is used globally by ecloud to find things like available quota, usage etc
  • We want to add mail quota usage to total usage in case the $path is / i.e. we are checking the size of the user's root directory
  • We want to reduce free storage space by subtracting mail quota usage for all paths
