Summary

Fixes dots to dashes regression introduced in this commit for Nextcloud image tag. For branch, it uses CI_COMMIT_REF_SLUG for docker image tag which resolves to branch name with dashes and for tag, it uses CI_COMMIT_TAG for docker image tag which resolves to git tag name.
