Selfhost builds auto-build

Akhil requested to merge selfhosted-builds into main
  • We want to auto-build selfhost builds(without a few patches, without the OIDC and LDAP supporting apps)
    • This way, on each new "release/tag", a corresponding selfhost image is also built
  • The image is added to the selfhost container registry
