fix: sed command regression for nc29 

as
https://github.com/nextcloud/server/commit/e727a3b00bd9b574279d25c006a0bc6b8fa4eec3
is available for nc29 upgrade, we don't need to provide the sed for
this. It is causing issue in dist/dav-settings-personal-availability.js
file
