Make dashboard better for mobile

Currently deployed in dev

to test:

results on desktop and mobile must respect screenshots in the issue:

  • 9 apps displayed on mobile, 12 on desktop
  • show more apps should be below app list on mobile, above on desktop
  • better margin for the upgrade storage section
