Convert the caller info to a sticky header (#246)

* Convert the caller info to a sticky header

* Add webkit-sticky property.

* Converted spaces to tab.

* Fix converstation window height and margin.

WIth the sticky header we no longer need to set a margin and the height should be auto for short conversation.
