Change recovery email address feature

MR covers:

• Send an email using Mailer service, from signup page if user added recovery email.
• The email will contain a URL for account verification.
• URL will have a token, which is valid for 30 minutes.
• Make sure, URL will work for every client and in text format view.
• status of recovery email verification to show at security page
• Resend verification button at security page.
