Empty OIDC metadata to resolve https://gitlab.e.foundation/ecorp/web/website/-/issues/548

To test:

  1. Buy a subscription via murenatest.io
  2. Delete the account while setting email field of shop to some new email
  3. Confirm that account is deleted
  4. Login with new email and try to upgrade subscription
