Nextcloud nginx config & ssl-renew cleanup

One medium and one minor fix/cleanup

• ssl-renew fixed and improved: no premature script termination, only the minimum one nginx reload during cert renew, and support for "combined" certs
• nginx location regexes cleaned up of unnecessary escaping '/'

More small fixes will most probably follow, but the new release is coming, and these should be included.
