Set audio mode for ThirdPartyPhone DO NOT MERGE 

With this CL we use MODE_IN_COMMUNICATION instead of
MODE_IN_CALL. This matches the behavior of SipPhone.

Using this mode also fixes an issue where echo cancellation wasn't
working.
