fix phonebook records overwritten and email data lenth issues

1. when there are two records with type1 EMAIL or ANR flag presenting
in PBR, the adn records will be overwritten by the adn records composed
of second PBR contents. Adding adn record offset will solve this issue.

2. According to spec, type2 email data length should not over the max
email record length minus 2.
