surfaceflinger: remove ISurfaceComposer.h from RenderArea

RenderArea can be made more generic by removing ISurfaceComposer.h
dependency.  The caller also prefers to work with
ui::Transform::orientation_flags than ISurfaceComposer::Rotation (we
want to move updateDimensions to the caller).
