libmedia: synchronize access to meta. 

Assignment of IMediaSource::mMetaData of type sp<T> in
IMediaSource::getFormat() is not thread-safe and is found
to be causing stability issues.

Synchronize access to meta smart pointer to prevent potential
race condition.
