Revert "NuPlayer: use kWhatPauseOnBufferingStart instead of kWhatBufferingStart in RTSPSource." 

This reverts commit 2c9a30a3.
RTSPSource::pause() will stop receiving data in RTSPSource. This is different from GenericSource::pause().
