Revert "audioflinger: Do not apply effect on multichannel content" 

-This reverts commit 261cbbe816742de690bc0aeaec8ae8f136b89020.
-This error prevents DAP effects being applied on as apart of DS2.
-The glitches are not observed when google effects are applied on
 multichannel content when played over HDMI on kitkat.
