C2 VTS: Update APV files

Updated existing APV files as apvC box syntax has now changed and
previous clips are not valid anymore.

Clips are now compliant with the apvC specification as of 3rd Feb 2025
at https://github.com/openapv/openapv/blob/main/readme/apv_isobmff.md.

These clips were provided by the openAPV team and are under
BSD-3 license.
