libeffects: Corrected the Copy_Float in LVM_Process.c to handle MC 

Copy_Float function present after the LVDBE_Process function in
LVM_Process.c was not taking into consideration NumChannels.
Corrected this.

Test: discovered by code inspection, CTS, Solotester
