media: add support for advanced CamcorderProfiles

Added 3 new supported tags for <VideoCodec> elements in
media_profiles.xml. These are only parsed if profile attribute is present:

  chroma := yuv420 | yuv422 | yuv444
  bitDepth := 8 .. 16
  hdr := sdr | hlg | hdr10 | hdr10+ | dolbyvision

Further enhancements are planned, e.g. to make the order of the attributes
flexible, and to be able to capitalize values.
