Refactored mp4_extractor_fuzzer 

The following are the updates to the fuzzer:
1. Added seed corpus for the fuzzer
2. Improved Coverage of HeifCleanAperture.cpp from 0% to 94%
3. Updated mp4_extractor_fuzzer.dict
