Fix AMediaDrm_queryKeyStatus returns key:key instead key:value pair.

Implement queryKeyStatus in Clearkey plugin for testing.

Add CTS testQueryKeyStatus in ClearKeySystemTest and
NativeClearKeySystemTest in a separate CL.
